Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: from 15:00.
• Check-out: by 11:00.

For special requirements, please let us know in advance: we will do our best to accommodate you.

Guests and capacity

• The property can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.
• Unregistered guests are not allowed without prior authorization.

Pets

• Pets are only admitted upon request and confirmation from the property. Contact us before booking to check feasibility.

Smoking

• Smoking is prohibited inside the suite.
• Smoking is allowed only in outdoor spaces, using the ashtrays provided.

Quiet and respect

• Please respect the quiet hours: from 22:00 to 08:00.
• We ask guests to be respectful towards the neighbours and the tranquility of the historic centre.

Damage and liability

• Any damage to objects, furnishings or fittings will be charged to the responsible guest.
• The management is not responsible for personal items left unattended in the property.

Prohibited behaviour

• Parties or events are not permitted without authorization.
• Any behaviour that may disturb other guests or the neighbourhood is not permitted.
